Career Opportunities with Community Blood Center of Greater Kansas City
Community Blood Center’s (CBC) vision is to enhance lives through leadership in transfusion medicine. Our employees are the key element in that vision through the duties and tasks they perform daily. These same employees are committed to achieving CBC’s mission of providing a safe, adequate and effective blood supply for our community, because we know that the person needing blood or blood components could be a family member, a friend or a neighbor.
Community Blood Center must collect 500 units each day to meet the needs of its nearly 60 plus local hospital partners in both Kansas and Missouri. It is a challenge for which our employees are up to the task each day.
CBC is committed to our community and we are looking for new employees who bring that same passion to our team of professionals! We seek highly motivated, talented candidates to join our staff and offer a competitive benefits package to our employees.
It is the policy of Community Blood Center to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals. Employment decisions at CBC are based on merit, qualifications and abilities. CBC does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, veteran's status or any other characteristic protected by law.
